So I have been rethinking my list recently. I am deathly afraid of deepstriking units so here is a new direction I am considering taking it in order to help against them.

So the general idea is that the tau pew-pew everything. The suits engage any medium armour/fliers/monstrous creatures. They carry flamers to help if they do get charged and otherwise do not intend to make use of them. The broadsides work on heavy armour and then move towards other armoured targets then down to heavy infantry. I need to shut down the mobility of opponents first with this army.
The grey knights provide protection from deepstrikers. They allow me to control a particular section of the board free from that worry. In addition, the strike squad with the librarian serves as y anti-hammer/counter charge unit. The idea being to use the stormbolters, cast quicksilver, and charge at I10 with the whole unit. I can't say it will put down the best squads, but it should hurt them enough that I can hopefully finish them off through shooting on the next turn. The interceptors are there for a late game contest. I wish I could build them out more thoroughly, but they are the last addition to the army and had to be small in order to fit.
