I'm not a big fan of Chain Snares in 5th edition - just got you too close to the enemy IMO. Haven't looked at Dark Eldar tactica in 6th yet - though I am sure I will soon enough as this is one of those armies I just know I will have one day lol.

I literally plan to drop and surround an army. Flat out after the fact.
