This month I'm reading the Night Lords trilogy. About half way through the second one right now.
Great story and I actually find the main character to be inspiring even as he navigates his way through Chaos and who sees as below him in terms of morality.
These books more than other show how the 40K universe isn't about good versus evil, but rather Order versus Chaos.
